This three-phase modular UPS is designed for reliable power protection in data centers, server rooms, financial institutions, government facilities, enterprise IT rooms, medical institutions, educational facilities, and other mission-critical applications. It provides stable and continuous power through advanced online double-conversion technology, high-efficiency operation, intelligent battery management, and flexible modular configuration.
The UPS supports a three-phase, four-wire plus ground input configuration with a rated voltage of 380/400/415Vac. It operates across a wide input voltage range of 138–485Vac and a frequency range of 40Hz–70Hz, providing stable operation under varying utility conditions. The input power factor is ≥0.99, while current THDi is ≤3% at 100% linear load, helping reduce harmonic distortion and improve overall power quality.
The system supports flexible bypass voltage protection. The maximum bypass voltage can be configured for 220V +25%, 230V +20%, or 240V +15%, with additional optional settings available. The minimum voltage protection can be configured down to -45%, with optional -10%, -20%, and -30% settings. The bypass frequency protection range is ±10%. Power walk-in is supported, and the system also provides bypass backfeed protection and generator access.
The UPS provides a three-phase, four-wire plus ground output with a rated voltage of 380/400/415Vac and an output power factor of 1.0. Voltage regulation is maintained within ±1% for stable and reliable power delivery.
The output frequency can be configured according to application requirements. In utility mode, frequency settings of ±1%, ±2%, ±4%, ±5%, or ±10% of the rated frequency are available. In battery mode, the output frequency is maintained at 50/60Hz ±0.1%.
With a crest factor of 3:1, the UPS is suitable for modern loads with high starting or peak current requirements. Output THD is ≤2% with linear loads and ≤4% with non-linear loads. The system provides up to 96% efficiency, helping reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
The UPS also provides comprehensive overload protection. At loads up to 110%, the system can operate for up to 60 minutes before transferring to bypass. At loads up to 125%, transfer to bypass occurs after 10 minutes, while at loads up to 150%, transfer to bypass occurs after 1 minute.
The UPS supports a flexible DC battery voltage configuration ranging from ±180V to ±300Vdc. Battery configurations of 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, and 50 battery units are available according to system requirements.
The maximum module charging current is 20A, providing efficient battery charging and management. The system provides a 0ms transfer time from utility power to battery operation and a 0ms transfer time from utility power to bypass, ensuring continuous protection for connected critical equipment.
The UPS incorporates multiple protection and alarm functions to safeguard both the UPS system and connected equipment. Monitoring functions include overload, utility abnormalities, UPS faults, and low battery conditions.
Protection functions include short-circuit protection, overload protection, over-temperature protection, low-battery protection, and fan fault alarms, helping maintain safe and reliable operation under different operating conditions.
For convenient system management and remote monitoring, the UPS supports multiple communication interfaces and accessories. Available communication options include CAN, RS485, FE, LBS, Parallel Card, Relay Card, and an optional SNMP Card.
These communication options allow the UPS to be integrated into network management systems and enable remote monitoring of operating status, alarms, power conditions, and other critical system parameters.
The UPS is designed to operate reliably in an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 40°C. It can be stored at temperatures from -25°C to 55°C.
The system supports relative humidity from 0% to 95% without condensation and is suitable for installation at altitudes below 1500 meters. Depending on the system configuration, the noise level is below 65dB, 68dB, or 70dB.
The modular UPS uses a high-density cabinet and module design for efficient installation and maintenance. The module dimensions are 620 × 440 × 131 mm.
Depending on the system configuration, cabinet dimensions are available in 850 × 600 × 2000 mm or 850 × 1200 × 2000 mm. Packaging dimensions for the cabinet are 970 × 720 × 2170 mm or 950 × 1300 × 2170 mm, while the module package dimensions are 870 × 580 × 250 mm.
The cabinet net weight varies according to the UPS capacity, with available configurations weighing approximately 178 kg, 235 kg, 407 kg, 443 kg, and 513 kg. The module net weight is approximately 33 kg.
Cabinet gross weights range from approximately 228 kg to 567 kg depending on the configuration, while the module gross weight is approximately 36.8 kg.
For one complete set, the total gross weight is approximately 375.2 kg for the 200kVA configuration, 500.8 kg for the 300kVA configuration, 761.4 kg for the 400kVA configuration, 878 kg for the 500kVA configuration, and 1008.6 kg for the 600kVA configuration.
The corresponding shipping volume is approximately 2.02 CBM for 200kVA, 2.27 CBM for 300kVA, 3.69 CBM for 400kVA, 3.94 CBM for 500kVA, and 4.19 CBM for 600kVA.
